AutoExtreme
Interviews the Miata Club
Another overwhelmingly successful event this turned out to be! Even though the response over this list was less than lackluster, the eventual turnout of members at this event was no less than astounding! Twenty-one cars and some more members without their cars showed up and showed up on time!

The crew of Auto Extreme was composed of the executive producer Ardie, one crewman, make-up artist and the interviews were conducted by the hostess of the show who is a charming, gorgeous and vivacious girl by the name of Issa. Walang 10 minutes na ini-interview nya ko - "sweetheart" at "honey" na tawag nya sa 'kin! Happens all the time! ;D
During the interview with me, I was asked about the club's history, and I told them the age old story that it came about upon my express proclamation. After I proclaimed "let there be light!" at the beginning of time, my second command was, "let there be a miata club!".

I was also asked if we had any words to
live by and I said that we live by the motto "drive it like you stole it!". . .
. in jest of course. We all know that our words to live by are: "it's better to
burn out than to fade away!"
After my interview, there were interviews of the general
membership as well as technical specs on the car. Then it was an exhibition of
donuts and a j-turn by JoeyA.

JoeyA is hereby placed under probation for no less than THREE
assassination attempts upon the life of the club's reigning monarch. JoeyA tried
to run me down not just once but thrice with his car!!!
Ambassador Frondoso is also hereby placed under probation and
surveillance; dahil sa dinami-dami ng mga pag-cha-chancing at pa-picture nya
with Issa - nagse-selos ako! ;D
After the interviews, filming, photo opportunities and
exhibition we invited the people of Auto Extreme to join us for drinks and an
early dinner at Dencio's.
We all had a grand time! It was a resounding success! Thank
you for
making it so gentlemen!
There is one sour note however, one that is beyond my
control. As much as I want to reduce the effects of this, I'm afraid that it is
a curse that I carry. Ardie, the executive producer of the show says that he
might not air the interview with me for fear that my appearance on the show
might jeopardize the careers of Richard Gomez and Aga Muhlach.
. . . what can I do? ; )
your humble servant,
