MCP with the 2007 Binibining Pilipinas Candidates

Yesterday's event was one of the most well attended Miata event in a long while. After parading the candidates around Araneta Center, we were treated to a dinner at Cafe Adriatico. And then we had a party at the Cafe Havana Bar with all the candidates. It was a party exclusively just for us and the candidates hosted by the organizers to show their appreciation. It was a good oppportunity for the MCP guys to bond with the 30 candidates.

Seen at the Binibining Pilipinas parade and party yesterday were:

1. ROWEN... da Man
2. CHITO F... my candidate was a pretty lass from down south........Zamboanga!!!
3.VEN ROJAS.... mr camera club....took so many photos.... had to change batteries twice
4. COLLINS YAP..had his pictures taken with each candidate,his arm of coursearound their waists
5. TRISTAN........ and son
6. KEITH.....came in full "battle gear" of several cameras and lenses
7. ROLLY.... came with his sleek shining white Boxter
8. SANTY.. ... .got all the phone numbers of all the contestants.
9. DING BERNABE....smiling from ear to ear...
10. CHET.....had the best sunday afternoon ever
11. NOMER... cancelled all previous commitments to be with the club.... and the contestants
12. CARLO ... clicked away with his new camera just bought 2 days before.
13. JOEYBER.....offered free legal (and illegal) advise to the candidates
14. CHITO S......ever so reliable
15. DIONY.....had no regrets about serving the club yesterday
16. REY REYES......... and son
17.JECKO....new member enjoyed every minute of it
18.EDSEL FRONDOSO.... hoping his candidate this year will be a top winner again
19. BUBI CAMUS....couldnt wait to tell his dad Louie what he missed.
20. ZAFFY T........was so excited he forgot to bring J-R along... haha
21. ALFIE...i never saw alfie take so many pictures before
22. DALE....cancelled all his scheduled surgery to be with the club
23. JONES..... made sure his Nikon camera had all the memory and battery juice to last all night
24. WILSON ..........flew in from Vancouver just to be with the candidates!!
25. EDRICH... charmed all the candidates

Thanks guys, for supporting the club.... It was a lot of hard work but am sure you did not mind doing it..... Thanks Rowen for arranging the event... hope to get 30 miatas next year.
